Nikšić Krešimir – Islands 2

He was born in Zagreb in 1961. He completed an authorial painting school in the class of Prof. Dino Trtovac, after which he enrolled at the College for Visual Arts in Ljubljana, graduating in the class of Assist. Prof. Dr. Tanja Mastnak and Prof. Dr. Darko Slavec. Occasionally, he works on illustrations, designs interiors, and theatrical scenography. The publishing house Znanje in Zagreb published his monograph Portrait of an Artist. He lives and works in Zagreb. His work was exhibited under the UNESCO organization at the prestigious Espace Pierre Cardin gallery in Paris (1998). He won first prize for painting at the 13th Biennial Internazionale Art del Friulli Giulia (2002). He is a member of the professional associations HDLU and HZSU.
