Geier Andreas – Prejudice

About the author:He was born in 1968 in Merano, Italy. After formal sculptural education acquired at various schools: a stone carving school, the Laas vocational school for stone processing in Lehrabetrag, a wood processing school in Volkenstein, among others, he specialized in sculpture earning the title “Master of Sculpture.” Trained in working with stone, wood, and clay, he also engages in painting, theatrical set design, and commercial monumental sculpture. He participated in the global sculpture competition in St. Gallen, and his work is represented by galleries at art fairs (such as the Martin Geter gallery exhibiting him in Innsbruck). He lives and works in Merano, Italy. His sculptural recognition is owed to realistic sculptures carved in pure white Merano marble.
