Širić Diana – Adicija 353

Ana Diana Širić was born on 02. 10. 1978 in Zagreb where she completed her secondary and higher education, the School of Applied Arts and the Academy of Fine Arts. From 1996 to 2001, she studied painting in the class of Prof. Kokot, and then sculpture (2001 – 2005) at the same Academy in the class of Prof. S. Gračan. She completed additional education for the teaching profession at the Pedagogical Academy. She is a member of HDLU. So far, she has participated in numerous group exhibitions and held several solo exhibitions.

Her painting oeuvre is characterized by a traditional figurative expression, addressing themes of still life, cityscapes, landscapes, and portraits. Today, her main focus is sculpture. She lives and works in Zagreb.
