About the author:
Italian painter, born in 1963 in the town of Crotone. In 1980, he moved to Siena to study at the university, however, the years spent in Tuscany (1980-1985) were rich with encounters with numerous artists of various styles. Thanks to some of them, he began to use oil paints and studied and depicted human figures and nature. He was well received by the audience and especially by critics. He is recognized for his use of colors and a working method reminiscent of the Impressionists. In recent years, driven by an innate inclination to research and study contemporary art, he turned to the expression of post-informalism. His works are held in numerous private and public collections. He has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Italy (Rome, Venice, Udine..) and in China where he was also awarded.
In 2009, in his hometown, on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of his work, a solo exhibition was held and a catalog was presented featuring works created in the last two years.
