Zaimović Mehmed – Z1, Z2, Z3

About the author:Mehmed Zaimović was born in 1938 in Tuzla. He graduated from the School of Applied Arts in Sarajevo. He has received several scholarships for study stays abroad. He has been a member of ULUBiH since 1964. He was a member of the Ljubljana Group 69. He has held over 50 solo and about 400 group exhibitions domestically and internationally. He has received over 30 awards and recognitions. He is a corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of BiH. He lives in Sarajevo and works as an independent artist. Through meticulous analysis of numerous details of symbolic meaning, he creates a world full of biomorphic and zoomorphic forms reduced to association.
