Nikšić Krešimir – Distant Spaces 4

He was born in Zagreb in 1961. He completed an authorial painting school in the class of Prof. Dino Trtovac, after which he enrolled at the College for Visual Arts in Ljubljana, graduating in the class of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tanja Mastnak and Prof. Dr. Darko Slavec. Occasionally, he works on illustrations, designs interiors, and theatrical stage designs. The publishing house Znanje in Zagreb published his monograph “Portrait of the Artist.” He lives and works in Zagreb. Under the organization of UNESCO, he exhibited at the prestigious Espace Pierre Cardin gallery in Paris (1998). He won the first prize for painting at the 13th Biennale Internazionale Art del Friuli Venezia Giulia (2002). He is a member of the professional associations HDLU and HZSU.
