Nikšić Krešimir – Mediterranean

He was born in Zagreb in 1961. He completed an authorial painting school under prof. Dino Trtovac, after which he enrolled at the College for Visual Arts in Ljubljana, graduating under the mentorship of assoc. prof. Tanja Mastnak and prof. Darko Slavec. Occasionally, he works on illustrations, interior design, and theater scenography. The publishing house Znanje in Zagreb published his monograph “Portrait of the Artist.” He lives and works in Zagreb. In an event organized by UNESCO, his work was exhibited at the prestigious Espace Pierre Cardin gallery in Paris (1998). He won first prize for painting at the 13th Art del Friuli Giulia International Biennial (2002). He is a member of the professional associations HDLU and HZSU.
