About the author:He was born in 1974 in Zagreb. He graduated in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. He is a member of HDLU Zagreb. He has exhibited solo at the Gallery of the School of Applied Arts in Zagreb. He was awarded the ALU prize upon graduation. His painting language is based on a sense of color and light in color. There are no people in his paintings, only nature — grand, powerful nature with vegetation pulsating strongly in intense greenery and with animals (monkeys, giraffes, birds) displaying human features. In strict, sharply defined fields, everything lives in harmony, with full breath. His painting is direct and sincere, exotic in experience, authentic in expression, focused on color and composition, with motifs formed by the combination of these visual elements. He lives and works in Zagreb.
