Trichon Albertine – Two Shores

She was born in 1976 in Paris. Today, this Greek by origin lives between Paris and Athens. From 1993 to 1998, she studied Greek language and literature at the Sorbonne at the Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales (INALCO), and in 1997 she enrolled and graduated in 2002 in Jean Michel Alberola’s class at the Paris School of Fine Arts (École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris), specializing in painting and later lithography. She participated in workshops and projects with Gérard Traquandi during his residency at the academy. She has presented solo notable exhibitions in France, Greece, and Germany, and has exhibited collectively at exhibitions, symposia, and workshops in France, Germany, Greece, and Croatia. She is the recipient of the “Marin” award as part of the Erasmus project during her study stay in Bilbao. Her illustrations and reproductions have been published in five publications.
