About the author:
He was born in Rogočani near Labin in 1928. He graduated in 1955 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in the class of Prof. Marin Tartaglia, and in 1957 completed a specialization at the same Academy under Prof. Antun Mejzdić. He is a member of HDLU Zagreb and HDLU Istria. He has exhibited at group exhibitions both domestically and internationally. He has organized numerous solo exhibitions and a retrospective exhibition in Labin. He lives and works in Zagreb.
