About the author:
She was born in 1958 in Postojna. She graduated in graphics from the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana in 1983, which marked the beginning of her rich artistic career.
She began her exhibition activity already in 1980 by participating in group exhibitions, and to date she has taken part in about 40 such events. She has been exhibiting solo since 1983, with a total of 22 solo exhibitions realized. As an active participant in the art scene, she has been involved in ten art colonies throughout Slovenia and abroad.
Her artworks are part of numerous museum and private collections both in Slovenia and internationally, which attests to the quality and recognition of her work. She lives and works in Ljubljana, where she continues her artistic practice, continuously developing her own graphic expression based on deep knowledge of technique and her own visual language.
