About the author:
He was born in 1981 in Belgrade, Serbia. He graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade, Department of Graphic Design. He is actively engaged in painting, design, classical and digital graphics. He has participated in numerous group exhibitions showcasing himself as a graphic artist, poster author, as well as significant painting presentations in Serbia and the USA. He has held about ten solo exhibitions in his country and is the author of graphic designs and book equipment. He is the recipient of the 2nd prize for graphics from the Braća Stamenković Institute, Belgrade, 2003, the 1st prize for poster at the International Puppet Festival, Serbia, 2004, and a creativity award for the design of a Cyrillic font from the Karić Foundation “Write in Cyrillic,” 2006. He lives and works in Belgrade.
Breaking down matter into primary elements and then combining them into a purified form is applicable in the analysis or description of his work. An expressionist painting based on a solid form, devoid of ideology, reduced to a personal vision and the pure language of painterly gesture.
