About the author:
He was born in 1972 in Florence, Italy. He received graphic and photographic education at the Art Institute in Florence, and later studied theater and film at D.A.M.S. in Bologna. He is engaged in theatrical and film scenography, has worked in theater and the film industry as an assistant in set preparation, as a stage painter-scenographer, and also as an actor.
In 2003, he stayed in Crete as a scholarship holder of the European Leonardo art foundation. Since the mid-1990s, he has participated in numerous exhibitions and art competitions where he has been awarded, such as Premio Italia, the international Small Format competition, Eco d’Arte moderna…
He held his first solo exhibition in 1997 and since then has been presented with highly noted exhibitions in Italy, Alessandria, and Strasbourg (France). He also participates in art fairs, and his works are included in public and private collections in Greece, the USA, Germany, France, Turkey, Switzerland, and Italy. He lives in Florence.
