She was born in 1952 in Zagreb. She graduated in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb under Professor Nikola Raiser. She is a member of HDLU, LIKUM, and BBK (Association of Professional Artists of Bavaria). Since 1980, she has embarked on a successful exhibiting career with solo exhibitions in Poreč, Zagreb, many cities in Germany, London, Udine, and many group exhibitions. She stepped onto the art scene at the right moment, during the return to painting. From the beginning, devoted to personal iconography, she chooses the human figure as a lasting motif and metaphor, employing a wide range of artistic techniques. Today, she paints with strong brushstrokes and newly acquired gesturality, focused on a coloristically powerful expressive palette and disturbing composition, applying thick layers with visible graphic elements.
