About the author:

Italian painter, born in 1963 in the town of Crotone. In 1980, he moved to Siena to study at the university, however, the years spent in Tuscany (1980-1985) were also rich with encounters with numerous artists of different styles. Thanks to some of them, he began using oil paints and studied and depicted human figures and nature. He was well received by the public, especially by critics. He is recognized for his use of color and style reminiscent of the Impressionists. In recent years, driven by an innate inclination to explore and study contemporary art, he has turned to the expression of post-informal art. His works are found in numerous private and public collections. He has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Italy (Rome, Venice, Udine…) and in China, where he was also awarded.

In 2009, in his hometown, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of his career, he was honored with a solo exhibition and a catalog showcasing works created in the last two years.
