“In recent years, I have been preoccupied with mastering the human being in the form of a labyrinth built with a single closed line in an empty, undefined space. The duplicated labyrinth intertwines with figures of black and white lines, leading to the expansion of the theme, and at the same time, carrying the metamorphosis of the human being… These works polarize the elemental feelings of human existence such as breathing and cessation of breathing, being enclosed and escaping outside… The elements of the painting move between a human, an animal, or a solid body into a state without time definition and without connection to place. But also so that the idea of the cause of reality becomes visible.” (Armin Guerino)
