About the author:He was born in Zagreb in 1940 and has lived and worked in France, in Colmar, since 1966. He studied defectology but has always been active in artistic fields: theater, cinematography, and visual arts, and was a member of SEK (Student Experimental Theater) in Zagreb. He acquired knowledge of artistic visual techniques and painting in the studio and workshop of the well-known French painter and graphic artist Claude Flach, and in Croatia he studied graphics with Nevenka Arbanas, participating in numerous graphics and mosaic workshops organized in Croatia and France, in collaboration with the Zagreb Academy of Fine Arts and in cooperation with the Higher School of Art in Mulhouse. He is a member of the Society of French Visual Artists (La Maison des Artistes de France) – Lezard from Colmar and HULULK. He has exhibited in numerous group exhibitions of Lezard and about twenty solo exhibitions in France and Croatia. He also exhibited at the World Graphic Triennial in France. He is included in the World Graphics book (Les graphiques du Monde). He engages in painting and graphics, involving multifaceted research in the field of art. His work is part of the artistic exhibition project and monograph “Greetings from Tuzla,” with which the French writer and humanist Gerhard Kardon gathered about thirty eminent world artists and presents them throughout Europe.
