About the author:
He was born in 1989 in Zagreb, Croatia. In 2009, he graduated from the School of Applied Arts and Design, and the same year enrolled at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, which he completed in 2016, earning a master’s degree in painting in the class of prof. Zoltan Novak. He professionally advanced as a theatrical painter at the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb.
He participated in juried biennial exhibitions in Croatia and Macedonia. He is the recipient of a jury commendation at the III Painting Biennial and graduated with the title Cum Laude. So far, he has held three solo exhibitions, establishing this newly graduated young painter as a promising artist, interesting to both the public and critics.
With his cycle dedicated to the bee, this useful animal extracted from the swarm and hive is introduced into the contemporary bestiary of Zagreb street art.
