About the author:
He was born in 1981 in Belgrade, Serbia. He graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade, majoring in Graphic Design. He is actively engaged in painting, design, classical and digital graphics. He has participated in numerous group exhibitions presenting himself as a graphic artist, poster author, but also in significant painting presentations in Serbia and the USA. He has organized about ten solo exhibitions in his country and is the author of graphic solutions and book equipment. He won the 2nd prize for graphics at the Braća Stamenković Institute, Belgrade, in 2003, the 1st prize for a poster at the International Puppet Festival, Serbia, in 2004, and a creativity award for the solution of a Cyrillic font from the Karić Foundation “Write in Cyrillic,” in 2006. He lives and works in Belgrade.
Breaking down matter into primary elements and then combining them into a purified form is applicable in analyzing, i.e., describing his work. An expressionist painting based on a solid form, devoid of ideology, reduced to a personal vision and the pure language of the painter’s gesture.
