About the author:
He was born in 1981 in Belgrade, Serbia. He graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade, majoring in Graphic Design. He is actively engaged in painting, design, classical and digital graphics. He has participated in numerous group exhibitions presenting himself as a graphic artist, poster author, as well as significant painterly presentations in Serbia and the USA. He has held about ten solo exhibitions in his country and is the author of graphic solutions and book equipment. He won the II prize for graphics at the Braća Stamenković Institute, Belgrade, 2003, the I prize for the poster at the International Puppet Festival, Serbia, 2004, and a creativity award for the Cyrillic font solution from the Karić Foundation “Write in Cyrillic”, 2006. He lives and works in Belgrade.
Breaking matter into primary elements and then combining them in a purified form applies to the analysis, i.e., the description of his work. The expressionist painting, based on a solid form, devoid of ideology, reduced to a personal vision and pure language of the painterly gesture.
