About the author:
He was born in 1988 in Zagreb, Croatia. He graduated from the School of Applied Arts and Design in Zagreb in 2007. He earned a degree in painting under Prof. Zoltan Novak in 2014 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, where he also obtained a Master’s degree in painting.
Since 2014, he has presented his work in two solo and several juried group exhibitions, including the 2015 Painting Triennial and the 32nd Youth Salon in 2014. He is a member of the Croatian Association of Artists (HDLU) and lives and works as a freelance artist in Zagreb.
He finds inspiration in everyday life, more precisely in unique frames that he collects and selects as motifs for his paintings. Each of his works contains a dose of humor and absurdity, which makes his artistic expression recognizable.
