About the author:
He was born in 1988 in Zagreb, Croatia. He graduated from the School of Applied Arts and Design in Zagreb in 2007. He earned a degree in painting in the class of Prof. Zoltan Novak in 2014 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, where he also obtained a Master’s degree in painting.
Since 2014, he has presented himself to the public through two solo and several juried group exhibitions, including the Painting Triennial 2015 and the 32nd Youth Salon in 2014. He is a member of the Croatian Association of Visual Artists (HDLU) and lives and works as a freelance artist in Zagreb.
He finds inspiration in everyday life, specifically in unique frames that he collects and selects as motifs for his paintings. Each of his works contains a dose of humor and absurdity, which makes his artistic expression recognizable.
