Duje Medić – Žuka 6

Coming from Brela, Duje was born in Makarska in 1986. He graduated from the Department of Graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 2010 in the class of Professor NevenkaArbanas. So far, he has participated in about ten group exhibitions at home and abroad: Young Artists Salon, Klović Castle, Plaster-Cast Gallery (New Croatian Realism), Croatian Graphics Triennial in 2012, Global print, Duoro in Portugal, and has held six individual shows in Zagreb, Makarska and Požega. Duje works in the medium of print and drawing and has already been noted, very early in his career, for his provocative and high quality exhibitions, where he presents himself as a multimedia artist whose creative output ranges from traditional prints, to drawings, film, photography and conceptual art, such as the Magnum 365 Exhibition and Brnjica. He is a member of the Croatian Association of Artists, the Croatian Association of Artists and Art Critics and the Croatian Union of Independent Artists.
