Nikšić Krešimir – In the Sky

He was born in Zagreb in 1961. He completed the author’s painting school in the class of prof. Dino Trtovac, after which he enrolled at the College for Visual Arts in Ljubljana, graduating in the class of assoc. prof. PhD Tanja Mastnak and prof. PhD Darko Slavec. Occasionally, he works on illustrations, designs interiors, and theater scenography. The publishing house Znanje in Zagreb published his monograph Portrait of the Artist. He lives and works in Zagreb. In cooperation with UNESCO, he exhibited in the prestigious Espace Pierre Cardin gallery in Paris (1998). He is the recipient of the first prize for painting at the 13th Biennale internazionale Arte del Friuli Giulia (2002). He is a member of the professional associations HDLU and HZSU.
