Nikšić Krešimir – Untitled 13

He was born in Zagreb in 1961. He completed the authorial painting school in the class of prof. Dino Trtovac, after which he enrolled at the College for Visual Arts in Ljubljana, graduating in the class of assoc. prof. Dr. sc. Tanja Mastnak and prof. Dr. sc. Darko Slavec. He occasionally works on illustrations, designs interiors and theatrical scenography. The publishing house Znanje in Zagreb published his monograph Portrait of an Artist. He lives and works in Zagreb. Organized by UNESCO, his work was exhibited in the prestigious Espace Pierre Cardin gallery in Paris (1998). He won first prize for painting at the 13th Biennale internazionale Arte del Friuli Giulia (2002). He is a member of professional associations HDLU and HZSU.
