Nikšić Krešimir – Untitled 14

He was born in Zagreb in 1961. He completed an authorial painting school in the class of Prof. Dino Trtovac, after which he enrolled in the College for Visual Arts in Ljubljana, graduating in the class of Assist. Prof. Dr. Tanja Mastnak and Prof. Dr. Darko Slavec. He occasionally works as an illustrator, designs interiors and theater scenography. The publishing house Znanje in Zagreb published his monograph ‘Portrait of an Artist’. He lives and works in Zagreb. Under the organization of UNESCO, he exhibited at the prestigious Espace Pierre Cardin gallery in Paris (1998). He won first prize for painting at the 13th Biennale Internazionale Art del Friuli Giullia (2002). He is a member of the professional associations HDLU and HZSU.
