Nikšić Krešimir – Untitled 21

He was born in Zagreb in 1961. He completed an author painting school in the class of Prof. Dino Trtovac, after which he enrolled at the College for Visual Arts in Ljubljana, graduating in the class of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tanja Mastnak and Prof. Dr. Darko Slavec. Occasionally he works as an illustrator, designs interiors, and theatrical scenography. The publishing house Znanje in Zagreb published his monograph Portrait of an Artist. He lives and works in Zagreb. Under the organization of UNESCO, his work was exhibited at the prestigious Espace Pierre Cardin gallery in Paris (1998). He is the recipient of the first prize for painting at the 13th Biennial Internationale Art del Friuli Giulia (2002). He is a member of professional associations HDLU and HZSU.
