Nikšić Krešimir – Untitled 8

He was born in Zagreb in 1961. He completed an authors’ painting school in the class of Prof. Dino Trtovac, after which he enrolled at the College for Visual Arts in Ljubljana, graduating in the class of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tanja Mastnak and Prof. Dr. Darko Slavec. He occasionally works on illustrations, designs interiors, and theatrical stage sets. The publishing house Znanje in Zagreb published his monograph Portrait of an Artist. He lives and works in Zagreb. Under the organization of UNESCO, he exhibited in the prestigious Espace Pierre Cardin gallery in Paris (1998). He is the winner of the first prize for painting at the 13th Biennial Internationale Art del Friuli Giulia (2002). He is a member of the professional associations HDLU and HZSU.
