About the author:
He was born in 1989 in Zagreb, Croatia. In 2009, he graduated from the School of Applied Arts and Design, and that same year enrolled at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, which he completed in 2016, earning a master’s degree in painting under the guidance of Prof. Zoltan Novak. He further specialized as a theater painter at the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb.
He has participated in juried biennial exhibitions in Croatia and Macedonia. He received a jury commendation at the 3rd Painting Biennale and graduated with the title Cum Laude. So far, he has held three solo exhibitions, establishing this newly graduated young painter as a promising artist, interesting to both the audience and critics.
With his series dedicated to the bee, this useful creature extracted from the swarm and hive is introduced into the contemporary bestiary of Zagreb street art.
