Pascaru Veaceslav – Milan

Born in 1967 in Chisinau (Moldova) where he completed the Repin Master’s Workshop school and the Academy of Fine Arts. He lives in Vinkovci. A pencil and charcoal drawer. Member of HDLU Vinkovci. He has exhibited solo and in groups both domestically and internationally. Lives and works in Vinkovci. A draftsperson and painter of character and landscape with a sense for color expression and the tension of coloristic relationships.
