Pascaru Veaceslav – Zlatko

Born in 1967 in Chisinau (Moldova) where he completed the Repin master workshop school and the Academy of Fine Arts. He lives in Vinkovci. Pencil and charcoal drawer. Member of the HDLU Vinkovci. He has exhibited solo and in groups both domestically and abroad. He lives and works in Vinkovci. A drawer and painter of character and landscapes with a sense for the expression of color and tension of coloristic relationships.
