About the author:
He was born in 1941 in Osijek, where he began his life journey that would lead him to Zagreb. Although he graduated from the Medical Faculty in Zagreb, his lifelong passion has always been art. He studied painting with numerous renowned painters, thoroughly mastering techniques and developing his own recognizable style.
In the early 1970s, he began his exhibition career, which over the years included around 30 solo and nearly 100 group exhibitions. As a member of the Association for Visual Fine Culture, he actively participates in the artistic life, exploring new expressive possibilities and sharing his experiences.
Although his medical career provided the foundation for his scientific thinking, painting became the central expression of his creativity. He lives and works in Zagreb, where he continues to create works that reflect his deep introspection, a blend of scientific precision and artistic freedom. His opus bears witness to a lasting quest for beauty, truth, and meaning, both in nature and in the human soul.
