About the author:He was born in 1974 in Leskovac, Serbia. After attending the Secondary Art School, specializing in design, he enrolled in painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cetinje, Montenegro, where he graduated in the class of Prof. Dragan Karadžić, and then refined his painting techniques at the Academy of Fine Arts – Aix en Provence in France, in the class of Prof. Marc Aurel. He has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in his country and abroad: France, Montenegro, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, USA. He is the recipient of two awards from the Serbian Autumn Salon. He is a member of the Association of Fine Artists of Serbia – ULUS and ULUPUDS. He lives and works in his hometown Leskovac, Serbia. His paintings, with clear surrealistic elements, are reminiscent of the glorious period of Renaissance and Baroque painting, and his works are often tributes to the great painters of those eras.
