About the author:He was born in 1974 in Zagreb. He graduated in painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. He is a member of HDLU Zagreb. He has exhibited solo at the Gallery of the School of Applied Arts in Zagreb. He received the ALU award upon graduation. His painting language is based on the sense of color and light in color. There are no humans in his paintings, only nature—vast, powerful, with vegetation pulsating strongly in intense greenery and with animals (monkeys, giraffes, birds) bearing human features. In strict, sharply cut fields, everything lives in harmony, with full breath. His painting is direct and sincere, exotic in experience, authentic in expression, focused on color and composition, with motifs arranged within these visual elements. He lives and works in Zagreb.
