About the author:He was born in 1974 in Zagreb. He graduated in painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. He is a member of HDLU Zagreb. He has exhibited solo at the Gallery of the School of Applied Arts in Zagreb. He is the recipient of the ALU award upon graduation. His painting language is based on a sense of color and light in color. In his paintings, there are no human beings, only nature—grand and powerful—with vegetation pulsating intensely in vibrant greenery and animals (monkeys, giraffes, birds) bearing human traits. In strict, sharply cut fields, everything lives in harmony, with full breath. His painting is direct and sincere, exotic in experience, authentic in expression, focused on color and composition, with motifs composed of these artistic elements. He lives and works in Zagreb.
