About the author:She was born in 1955 in Opatija. She graduated from the Fine Arts Department of the Pedagogical Academy in Rijeka in 1979, and from the Accademia di Belle Arti in Venice in the class of Professor Carlo Zotti in 1985. She has been a member of HDLUR since 1985, as well as HDLU (Zagreb) and ZUH. She holds the status of an independent artist. She lives in Opatija. Her first solo exhibition was in Venice in 1985. To date, she has held twenty-five solo exhibitions (mostly abroad) and has exhibited in more than one hundred and fifty-eight group exhibitions both in Croatia and internationally. She is the recipient of ten awards and recognitions.
