2000 / mixed media on metal / 60×80 cm
About the author:She was born in Venice in 1948. Marigrazia spent her earliest youth in a villa on the Lido that radiated hospitality, where Ailgiero and Gualtietro Boetti met. At six years old, she played the harp and painted her first portraits. Her first choice was contemporary dance (in 1964 she won a dance award). Then she left dance and devoted herself to design, which allowed her to more fully express her creative ideas. In Venice, she enrolled at the Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture. In 1974, she graduated in painting and scenography. After completing her studies in painting and scenography, she went to Algeria. Upon returning to Venice (since 1993), she taught artistic disciplines at the High School of Art in Venice. Since 1993, she has withdrawn to her studio and has exhibited in galleries less frequently.
