About the author:
She was born in 1955 in Zagreb. She graduated in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 1982 in the class of professor Nikola Reiser. Between 1986 and 1988, she went on study trips to Norway, where she attended the Statens Kunstakademi in Oslo, and to Paris, where she worked at the Cité Internationale des Arts and in the studio of the Norwegian Academy.
She began her solo exhibition activity in 1983 and has since participated in numerous group exhibitions both in Croatia and abroad. Through her artistic work, she continuously explores new techniques and expressive possibilities, relying on experiences gained during her study stays in Scandinavian and French art centers.
